01Purpose of This Page

This page explains how users, customers, or individuals whose data is processed through Smartme services may request deletion of their personal data.

02Data That May Be Deleted

Deletion requests may include account data, contact data, communication data, Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp integration data, support data, and other data related to the use of our services.

03How to Submit a Request

Please email info@smartme.co.id with the subject: Data Deletion Request.

Include the following information so we can verify and process your request:

1. Full name.
2. Company name, if applicable.
3. Email address or phone number associated with the service.
4. Type of data you want deleted.
5. Reason for the request, if relevant.

04Verification and Processing

We may request additional information to confirm that the request is submitted by the data owner or an authorized party.

Once verification is complete, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations, and the technical capabilities of our systems.

05Required Retention

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, dispute resolution, tax, or contractual obligations.

If data cannot be immediately deleted in full, we will restrict processing of such data where appropriate.
